With its backdrop dating back to 1968, BMS WIRE was founded in Istanbul in 1999 to carry on business in the iron and steel industry. Initially starting its business by way of trade, BMS WIRE focused on the wholesale and retail of ribbed rebar. Reaching the highest trade tonnage in its history in 2011, the company proved itself with its approximately 180,000 tons/year of iron and steel trade and gained an important place in the industry.

In an attempt to contribute to the country’s economy further in 2012, BMS WIRE made a Galvanized Steel Wire manufacturing plant investment on an area of 20.000 m2 in Kocaeli Dilovası Machinery Specialization Organized Industrial Zone and started its production activities. BMS WIRE has gained a place in the sector by producing an annual average of 20,000 tons of Galvanized Steel Wire with a single production line from 2012 to 2017 and begun to export to more than 20 countries, especially European ones. Making progress at short notice towards becoming an international company, BMS WIRE put its second production line into service in 2017. Focusing its attention on value-added products with the technological advantages provided by the new production line and the know-how it developed, BMS WIRE continued its activities ceaselessly between 2018 and 2021 and became one of the leading wire manufacturers in Turkey, providing raw materials to important sectors such as Energy, Agriculture, Construction, Automotive and exporting to 45 countries, mainly European, North and South American countries.

Continuing to make technological investments relentlessly, paying attention to the sustainability of R-D projects with its innovative perspective and making it a principle to put customer satisfaction first, BMS WIRE continues to be on the way towards its aim to produce the highest quality wire in Europe and become a world brand.
